I wanted to capture Sarahs mood, so I took a photograph which I then worked from. Having little background directs the attention of the viewer to the mood of the figure, It is almost possible to read Sarahs thoughts. |

He is completely unaware of all the wild animals that live there and are aware of his presence, standing still to watch this alien to thier world, wondering what he will do! Lost connection is about our ever increasing distance from nature and all the wonders and magic that exist as part of that. It is about how we "visit" natural places to see them, but are no longer part of them, and how we actualy only see a fraction of what's really there. |
